Wiretrip is a moderation and security bot for Discord. These terms cover what you can do with it and what you're responsible for.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wiretrip Discord bot (Application ID: 1503878409934340197) and its associated website. By adding the bot to your server or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years of age and have the necessary permissions to add the bot to a Discord guild. As a server operator, you are responsible for configuring detection thresholds and for making sure your use complies with your community rules and local laws.

3. Service Limitations

Wiretrip is provided as is. It will not catch every automated account, and it may flag a real user from time to time. We are not liable for interruptions caused by Discord outages or API changes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the bot to harass users, ban without cause, or attempt to reverse-engineer the detection logic. Any violation of Discord's Terms of Service is also a violation of these Terms.

5. Paid Plans

Wiretrip Pro costs $1.99/month. Wiretrip Max costs $3.99/month. Both are Discord guild subscriptions billed monthly through Discord's own checkout; Discord handles payment and refunds, and Wiretrip never sees your card details. A purchase applies to one server and stays active until the subscription is cancelled or expires. Pro adds longer retention and CSV export; Max adds unlimited retention. Prices may change, and this page will be updated when they do.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Wiretrip belong to the Wiretrip developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the bot in your Discord server.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
