1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wiretrip Discord bot (Application ID: 1503878409934340197) and its associated website. By adding the bot to your server or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Responsibility
You must be at least 13 years of age and have the necessary permissions to add the bot to a Discord guild. As a server operator, you are responsible for the configuration of detection thresholds and ensuring compliance with your community rules and local laws.
3. Service Limitations
Wiretrip is provided as is. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the bot will catch every automated account or that it will never produce a false positive. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by Discord outages or API changes.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the bot to harass users, maliciously ban without cause, or attempt to reverse-engineer the detection logic. Any violation of Discord's Terms of Service is also a violation of these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Wiretrip belong to the Wiretrip developers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the bot in your Discord server.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Poland.
